Great product. If I'm struggling to eat at a caloric surplus on any given day, this has allowed me to give me that extra boost to reach it. It tastes great (but really really sweet)t.
The scoop size is huge and they recommend that you use two scoops per serving but I only use one scoop per serving (after workout) and it does the job. However, most of the time it really depends on how much calories I need to consume to reach my surplus.
